JCB is hiring a full-time Skilled Maintenance Technician in San Antonio, Texas, to maintain, diagnose, and repair manufacturing equipment and facilities. The role covers mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems; troubleshooting; installation, commissioning, and testing; maintenance documentation; root-cause analysis; and safety compliance. Candidates need manufacturing maintenance experience, fault-finding and repair skills, and knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems, with industrial maintenance, CMMS, multi-skilled equipment, fabrication, and continuous-improvement experience preferred. The position requires flexible shifts, including Friday through Sunday from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., and offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and paid holidays.
