Description
The Maintenance Technician / Mechanic will operate, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair building systems, equipment, and facility infrastructure, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. The role responds to service calls and emergency situations, performs preventive maintenance, documents work, coordinates with supervisors and contractors, and supports special projects and after-hours or weekend activities. The position requires an active Top Secret security clearance, a high school diploma or GED, relevant technical training, EPA Section 608 certification, at least three years of commercial, industrial, or government facility maintenance experience, and U.S. citizenship.
