Gallery Residential is hiring a full-time, mid-level Maintenance Technician, also identified as a Service Technician, in Fort Myers, Florida. The role maintains apartment communities, buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas by completing resident work orders, diagnosing and repairing maintenance issues, preparing vacant units for move-in, managing supplies and documentation, inspecting vendor work, supporting safety and cost-control programs, assisting residents, and conducting property inspections. The position requires flexible scheduling, including on-call evenings, weekends, and holidays, along with outdoor work, physical mobility, and lifting up to 50 pounds independently or 150 pounds with assistance.
