Description
The Residential Property Maintenance Technician supports the physical condition, appearance, and operational efficiency of Somerset Commons residential communities. The role handles resident service requests, routine and emergency repairs, general upkeep, apartment turnovers, grounds and landscaping, snow removal, emergency response, and training of Maintenance Apprentices and Porters. It requires a high school diploma or GED, broad basic repair skills, EPA Section 608 Type II or Universal certification, tool proficiency, reliable transportation, and the ability to respond to on-call emergencies within 30 minutes. The position pays $19.25 to $23.40 per hour and includes health, dental, vision, paid leave, and other benefits.
