University Partners is hiring a full-time, mid-level Maintenance Technician for the East Edge student housing community in Tuscaloosa, Arizona. The role handles resident service requests, grounds and common-area upkeep, cleaning, maintenance issue reporting, shop organization, and related tasks. Candidates need working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and basic construction, prior maintenance experience, customer service and communication skills, their own tools, physical ability to use ladders and lift heavy loads, weekend/on-call availability, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license with insurance; HVAC certification is required as applicable.
