University Partners is hiring a Mid Level Maintenance Technician for student housing at District on Apache in Tempe, Arizona. The role focuses on resident service, completing maintenance work orders within 24 hours, common area and grounds upkeep, make-ready turnover tasks, pool chemical logging, inventory/log maintenance, and on-call weekend/after-hours coverage. The position requires working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and basic construction, strong customer service and communication skills, a high school diploma or GED, one to three months of related experience or training, a certified HVAC credential as required, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work weekends, overtime, and on-call shifts.
