University Partners is hiring a full-time, mid-level Maintenance Technician for The Maxxen student housing community in State College, Pennsylvania. The role handles resident service requests, grounds and common-area upkeep, cleaning, maintenance reporting, shop organization, and other tasks under the Maintenance Supervisor. Candidates need working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and basic construction, mechanical aptitude, customer-service and communication skills, a high school diploma or GED, limited related experience or training, a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, personal tools, and the ability to work weekends, overtime, and on-call hours.
