University Partners is hiring a full-time, mid-level Maintenance Technician for its Student Housing community in Tempe, Arizona. The role supports daily community operations by completing service requests, inspecting common areas, maintaining the shop and tools, assisting with unit turns, performing pool maintenance, conducting safety and HVAC inspections, and participating in on-call coverage. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 months of related maintenance experience or equivalent education and experience, knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and basic construction, HVAC certification, a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and their own tools.
