Description
The Maintenance Technician performs general maintenance, service requests, unit turns, inspections, preventive maintenance, grounds and common-area upkeep, and pool-related documentation for student housing at The Lofts in Orlando, Florida. The role requires knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, and basic construction; a high school diploma or GED with related maintenance experience or training; HVAC certification; a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance; and availability for weekends, overtime, and after-hours on-call shifts.
