Description
The Maintenance Technician Supervisor leads and manages maintenance and IT support team members, coordinates preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance and mechanical repairs, provides technical leadership on facility systems, and supports IT activities. The role also serves as a site subject matter expert, maintains safety and documentation standards, drives continuous improvement, and may perform hands-on troubleshooting during critical events. Candidates need substantial facility maintenance experience, industrial electricity and PLC knowledge, electronics and mechanical-systems experience, and the ability to interpret schematics and operate elevated-access equipment. The position is salaried at $58,500–$102,375.
