AIR Communities is hiring a Maintenance Technician for SW Apartments in Las Vegas, Nevada. The role provides resident and team customer service, completes apartment turns, diagnoses and repairs plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and general maintenance issues, handles service requests and preventative maintenance, supports inspections and vendors, and participates in a rotating on-call schedule. Candidates need at least two years of hands-on maintenance experience, experience in at least two skilled trades, troubleshooting ability, reliable transportation, physical-work capability, and English communication skills. The position offers $22 per hour plus a 15% target bonus, monthly customer-service bonuses, medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
