Description
AIR Communities is hiring a Maintenance Technician for The Avalyn apartment community in Chula Vista, California. The role provides resident and team customer service, completes apartment turns, diagnoses and repairs plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and general maintenance issues, performs preventive maintenance, supports inspections, coordinates vendors, and participates in a rotating on-call schedule. Candidates need at least two years of hands-on maintenance experience, experience in at least two skilled trades, troubleshooting ability, reliable transportation, physical-work capability, and English communication skills. Compensation is $25-$27 per hour plus a 15% target bonus, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
