Description
The Maintenance Technician / Handyman will maintain a luxury apartment community by completing plumbing, electrical, and general repair work orders; performing basic HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting; assisting with make-readies; handling handyman tasks such as door and fixture repairs and small carpentry; and maintaining grounds and common areas. The role requires maintenance or apartment-maintenance experience, basic HVAC knowledge, tool proficiency, problem-solving ability, and the ability to work independently, with a flexible part-time schedule and opportunities for additional hours and growth.
