Description
The Service Technician performs technical and mechanical maintenance on apartment buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas, including repairing defects, completing make-ready work for vacant units, maintaining inventory, documenting service requests, cleaning and painting, inspecting contractor work, and supporting property inspections. The role requires 40 hours per week, flexible evening, weekend, and holiday call availability, and the ability to work independently in all weather conditions. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and EPA refrigerant recycling certifications, state and local certifications, and a current valid driver’s license are required.
