CTL Management is hiring an entry-level Maintenance Technician in the Sacramento-Metro area. The role maintains property exteriors, assists with painting, apartment turnover, and apartment-home servicing, provides customer service, and handles on-call maintenance emergencies. No prior experience is required because training and a basic tool set are provided, while job-related experience may qualify for a higher starting wage. Candidates must pass background and drug screenings, have a current driver’s license and reliable transportation, and be available for weekend work.
