Description
Walden Landing is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician to handle resident service requests, grounds maintenance, apartment punch work, drywall repairs, painting, general plumbing, and electrical tasks. The role requires a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule, shared on-call rotation, weekend availability, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and car insurance, along with at least two years of apartment maintenance experience. HVAC experience and HVAC or CPO certifications are preferred, and the position offers health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k), paid time off, and paid holidays.
