Description
The Maintenance Mechanics role performs installation, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and overhaul of production and processing equipment, including mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, PLC, and machining systems. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, motor and pump replacement, conveyor and machine-guard work, diagnostic testing, recordkeeping, and training less experienced staff. The role requires 2–4 years of manufacturing maintenance experience and vocational training, related on-the-job experience, or an associate's degree, and pays $22–$35 per hour with benefits including ESOP, 401(k) matching, paid leave, HRA, health savings accounts, vision and dental insurance, and disability coverage.
