Pedcor Homes is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician for The Westcott Apartments in Tallahassee, Florida. The role handles service requests, apartment turns and make-readies, punch work, general maintenance, grounds and common-area upkeep, property improvement projects, and resident and team customer service. Applicants need at least one year of apartment maintenance experience, an on-call rotation, weekend availability, flexibility for occasional holidays, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance; HVAC and CPO certifications are preferred.
