Description
The Residential Property Maintenance Technician supports the Westminster Overlook residential community by completing resident service requests, performing routine, preventive, scheduled, and emergency repairs, maintaining grounds and equipment, preparing apartments for turnover, and responding to emergencies. The role also provides guidance to Maintenance Apprentices and Porters and requires a high school diploma or GED, broad repair skills, EPA Section 608 certification, reliable transportation, and the ability to respond to on-call requests within 30 minutes. The position pays $20 to $22 per hour and includes health, dental, and vision benefits.
