Description
The Theatre Maintenance Person performs minor repairs and maintenance throughout a theatre, including auditorium seats, tile and sheet-rock repair, light bulbs, painting, and other minor repairs, while avoiding equipment or maintenance covered by the Technical Services Department. The role also includes training theatre personnel, completing daily inspections, operating alarm systems, following safety and emergency procedures, and representing Regal. It may be variable-hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular, or full-time hourly, and requires prior maintenance experience, cast-member certification, independent work, and effective communication.
