Lockheed Martin is hiring a full-time Aircraft Training Instructor to develop and deliver technical training for the safe maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of M270A2 and HIMARS vehicle weapon systems. The role covers curriculum development, training-need analysis, technical instruction for U.S. and foreign military sales customers, coordination of company-wide training programs, and transfer of technical knowledge across engineering, manufacturing, and production disciplines. Candidates need maintenance and repair experience, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, vehicle diagnostic equipment proficiency, and strong communication and organizational abilities; automotive-mechanics certifications, instructional-system-design knowledge, training-modality experience, international program experience, and military experience are desired.
