The role covers classroom and practical instruction, training-program development, instructor currency, course-control documentation, technical consulting, and maintenance of training records and manuals. It requires substantial structural maintenance experience on fighter and cargo aircraft, blueprint interpretation, quality and shop-tool knowledge, and Microsoft Office proficiency. The position is based in Marietta, Georgia, with travel to other Aero F&FT training sites, and offers a full-time salary range of $72,500 to $134,600 plus benefits.
