Lockheed Martin is hiring a full-time Aircraft Maintenance Instructor to establish and direct training systems, conduct classroom and practical instruction, develop technical training programs, maintain training records and qualification systems, and coordinate maintenance training for aircraft and non-aircraft personnel. The role requires aircraft maintenance instructor experience, training-content delivery expertise, and knowledge of AeroCode 7666, DCMA Instruction 8210, and related training programs. Desired qualifications include flight-test and F-35 experience, blueprint interpretation, avionics and engine-system knowledge, ALIS, Microsoft Office, and learning-management-system experience.
