Description
The role develops and implements electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic training curricula and assessments for maintenance mechanics, creates troubleshooting guides and work instructions, and supervises a TPM Mechanic and a Proactive Maintenance Team. It also supports complex machine breakdowns, repair documentation, and training for production technicians and group leaders. The position requires extensive experience with CNC machining, precision grinding, final assembly, electrical and mechanical controls, and pneumatic and hydraulic systems, along with an Industrial Technology degree or at least ten years of relevant experience.
