Georgia-Pacific is hiring a Maintenance Training Coordinator in Toledo, Oregon, to design, deliver, and continuously improve employee training programs supporting equipment reliability, safety, workforce capability, and operational excellence. The role develops training materials, coordinates classroom and on-the-job training, manages certifications and qualification records, analyzes training needs, and supports project teams, vendors, contractors, and cross-functional initiatives. Candidates need a high school diploma, at least five years of experience in manufacturing maintenance, reliability, or corporate/technical training, technical training experience, and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
