Description
The role manages the establishment and training of technical knowledge for the safe maintenance, repair, and operation of aircraft, aircraft systems, ground equipment, tools, test equipment, stores, and facilities. It also coordinates subordinate employee recruitment, selection, training, performance assessment, work assignments, compensation, and disciplinary actions; analyzes operating problems and future requirements; develops training programs; and prepares instructional materials. The position requires a bachelor's degree, five years of leadership experience, three years of instructional-design experience, stakeholder-influence and change-leadership abilities, client-consulting experience, project-management experience, and familiarity with LMLS business operations and production, depot, MUO, and international contract requirements. The full-time salary range is $109,700 to $203,700, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
