Pilgrim’s Pride Corporation is hiring a Maintenance Training Superintendent in Timberville, Virginia, to lead and support the plant maintenance training program. The role develops maintenance team members through e-learning, hands-on labs, and field training; tracks training progress; coaches employees; maintains curriculum and records; and coordinates specialized equipment training with vendors and internal teams. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and experience with maintenance training programs or similar development tools. It offers a base salary of $78,883 to $95,843, medical, dental, and vision coverage after 60 days, paid time off, and a 401(k) match.
