Description
The Maintenance Training Supervisor oversees the development, administration, and maintenance of standard operating procedures, standards, policies, and training programs for maintenance tasks and equipment across mobile, fixed plant, electrical, and mill operations. The role includes classroom and initial training, trainer development, training scheduling and compliance auditing, equipment and underground training, SOP and risk-assessment updates, and retraining coordination. A high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of operational industry experience, safety leadership, Microsoft Office proficiency, and preferred underground mining, prior training, and MSHA blue card certification are required or preferred.
