Description
The RDC Maintenance Utility is an entry-level maintenance role focused on keeping equipment in a distribution center fully operational. The position trains employees in safety protocols and basic electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and plumbing concepts, then performs simple preventive maintenance such as forklift battery and light bulb replacement. The role may progress to more complex maintenance tasks and assist with repairs, requires a set schedule with possible shift and overtime availability, and involves physical work in a distribution or warehouse environment.
