Description
Springbrook is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform diagnostics, repairs, installation, and maintenance of buildings, equipment, plumbing, heating and air conditioning, electrical, carpentry, and masonry systems. The role also includes estimating labor and materials, maintaining inventory, documenting completed work, performing seasonal outdoor maintenance, and working on-call as needed. Candidates must have a high school or GED, five years of maintenance or construction experience, extensive trade knowledge, and the ability to work extended hours and lift up to 70 pounds.
