Atrium Centers is hiring a maintenance worker to keep a long-term care facility safe, comfortable, and well maintained. The role performs repairs, construction-type projects, equipment servicing, preventive maintenance, utility and grounds upkeep, facility safety checks, and timely responses to maintenance requests and emergencies. The position requires communication skills, emergency response and on-call availability, knowledge of state rules and regulations, and preferably prior experience in a long-term care facility or larger institution.
