Description
The Maintenance Worker is responsible for maintaining and repairing the physical plant and facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, grounds, and general equipment maintenance. The role also involves inspecting and diagnosing problems, coordinating emergency repairs, maintaining tools and records, following safety and facility policies, and completing work orders. A high school diploma is preferred, 3–5 years of maintenance experience is required, and a current Boiler Operator Certificate is required; bilingual Spanish ability is a plus. The position offers medical, dental, and vision coverage.
