Description
The Maintenance Worker is responsible for maintaining and repairing facility systems and equipment, including heating and air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, plastering, grounds, and general mechanical plant work. The role also involves emergency repairs, inventory management, safety compliance, work-order documentation, and maintaining a clean facility. A high school diploma is preferred, 3–5 years of maintenance experience is required, and a current Boiler Operator Certificate is required; bilingual Spanish ability is a plus.
