Description
The Unaccompanied Housing Maintenance Technician supports facilities maintenance at the Unaccompanied Housing operation at Naval Air Station Pensacola. The role performs semi-skilled and unskilled maintenance across plumbing, washer/dryer repair, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and painting; reviews and schedules service requests; troubleshoots minor repairs; and maintains resident privacy and facility safety. Applicants need at least two years of experience with demonstrated skill in at least two trade areas, knowledge of applicable safety and environmental rules, basic math, reading, and computer skills, and the ability to work weekends, holidays, rotating shifts, and overtime. The position requires federal employment suitability, a background investigation, E-Verify, and other employment conditions.
