Management & Training Corporation is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician for its Joliet Job Corps Center in Joliet, Illinois. The role pays $27.29 per hour and works Wednesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday through Sunday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Responsibilities include repairing and maintaining buildings, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, washers and dryers, and related equipment; performing minor construction and preventive maintenance; directing students in on-center work experience; and supporting student employability programs. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalency, technical training in maintenance and repair, one year of related experience, computer proficiency, and a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
