Rite of Passage is hiring a Maintenance Technician for the Davidson County Juvenile Detention Center in Nashville, Tennessee. The role performs general building maintenance, minor electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, grounds, and vehicle-fleet work; completes reports; and maintains a safe environment for youth. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the possibility of a varied schedule and overtime. Pay is $22–$30 per hour based on experience, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) match, and paid time off listed as benefits.
