The Caring Place is hiring a full-time Maintenance Worker at its Broward Outreach Centers in Hollywood, Florida. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the role performs preventative maintenance, building and grounds repairs, minor plumbing and electrical work, carpentry, painting, equipment maintenance, safety inspections, and related facility-improvement tasks. Candidates must have at least three years of experience in building maintenance, construction, plumbing, or carpentry, a valid Florida driver’s license, knowledge of OSHA and South Florida building codes, and the ability to use hand and mechanical tools.
