Amacon is hiring a full-time Maintenance Worker, Construction Customer Care (Site) to work onsite at residential buildings throughout Greater Vancouver. The role serves as the point of contact for homeowners and handles pre-occupancy and after-occupancy customer care, minor repairs, walkthroughs, warranty and deficiency remediation, inspections, records, and coordination with trades. Candidates need 1–3 years of construction or maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, strong communication and organizational skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work independently in a construction environment.
