Description
The Maintenance employee will perform preventive and emergency repairs, monthly residential facility inspections, and general upkeep for Arc-owned or leased facilities in Norwich, Connecticut. Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, landscaping, snow removal, lighting, window and door repair, and other facility maintenance, while complying with OSHA, fire, and health-safety requirements. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of experience, a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, insurance, and broad-based trade experience; it offers paid time off, 403(b) matching, and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
