The Bridgeport Port Jefferson Ferry is hiring a part-time Maintenance Worker for weekend 8-hour days in Bridgeport, Connecticut, and Port Jefferson, New York. The role reports to the Operations Manager in Bridgeport or the HR/Claims Manager in Port Jefferson, performs building upkeep, restroom service, trash removal, floor cleaning, chemical-cleaning procedures, and notifies managers of major repairs, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, weekend and holiday availability, and the ability to work in tight spaces and handle materials or chemicals with personal protective equipment. The position pays $17.50 per hour.
