Description
The employer is hiring a Building and Grounds Maintenance Worker to perform maintenance and simple repairs in a building, sheltered workshops, grounds, and associated equipment. Duties include replacing defective components, repairing windows, doors, fences, shelves, cabinets, and other items, painting interior and exterior surfaces, replacing water-tap seals, installing small items, and mowing grass. The role is part-time, 15 hours per week, with long-term employment, individual shift scheduling, weekends off, and immediate start. Applicants must have OZP status, secondary vocational education, a category B passenger-car driving licence, be at least 18, and be reliable and punctual.
