Description
The Lodging Division Construction and Maintenance Supervisor oversees construction, repairs, preventive maintenance, supplies, safety, vendor coordination, and employee supervision across lodging facilities. The role requires journeyman-level knowledge in three of five specified trades, supervisory experience, applicable permits, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work indoors and outdoors, including after-hours on-call work. It is designated mission essential and may require reporting to work during severe weather or emergencies.
