SA Hospitality Group is hiring a Maître D’ to oversee restaurant guest reception, reservations, dining-room service flow, host staff performance, restaurant opening and closing procedures, and coordination of special orders. The role also manages reservation forecasting, guest databases, concierge relationships, reservation-system reporting, dining-room aesthetics, and ongoing knowledge of food, wine, beer, spirits, and restaurant-industry trends across the company’s hospitality venues.
