Description
The Maitre d'Hotel reports to the Restaurant Manager and coordinates dining-room operations, supervises the service team, maintains communication with the kitchen, assists with table service, handles guest complaints, participates in inventory management, and acts as manager on duty when the Restaurant Manager is absent. The role requires at least three years of experience as a Maitre d'Hotel or in a similar position, strong customer service and leadership skills, flexible availability, and excellent French and English communication.
