HDR is hiring a Major Bridge Technical Director to lead the technical direction of large, complex, multi-discipline bridge projects. The role provides strategic guidance and hands-on oversight across bridge design, production, analysis, QA/QC, project staffing, training, client relationships, and industry participation, while mentoring junior engineers and selecting key staff. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least 10 years of bridge design experience, a recognized professional engineering license, and extensive experience with long-span and complex bridge projects.
