The Major Case Specialist will manage complex, high-exposure casualty claims involving bodily injury, construction defect, and property damage from assignment through resolution. Responsibilities include coverage analysis, liability and damage assessment, reserve evaluation, settlement strategy, negotiations, stakeholder communication, recovery opportunities, and mentoring less experienced claim professionals. The role requires more than 10 years of related claims experience, various state adjuster licenses, and is primarily performed in a professional remote work environment in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
