Peregrine Technologies is hiring a Major Client Advocate to own complex, strategic customer relationships from deployment through renewal and expansion. The remote role is restricted to candidates in Southern California because it requires approximately 60% travel across Los Angeles and Orange County. Responsibilities include partnering with senior public-sector and agency leaders, driving platform adoption and measurable operational outcomes, interpreting dashboards and metrics, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing scope and risk, supporting renewals, and identifying expansion opportunities. Candidates should have 5–7 years of experience with enterprise deployments, implementations, or strategic accounts, preferably in public safety, government, or other regulated environments. Compensation is $125,000–$160,000 annually plus benefits, potential equity, and bonus.
