CodeAI is hiring a Major Gifts Officer to build a new pipeline of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individual donors and independently develop transformational, multi-year philanthropic partnerships. The role owns approximately $3M+ in annual fundraising outcomes, manages the full major-gift cycle, partners with executive leadership, develops donor communications and prospecting practices, and maintains Salesforce records. Candidates need at least eight years of frontline fundraising experience, including significant major-individual-giving and HNW/UHNW experience, a track record of originating major-donor portfolios, and the ability to work independently and travel up to 20%. The position offers a $99,000–$110,000 salary, full-time benefits, and a flexible remote working environment.
