Description
The Museum of the Rockies is hiring a Major Gifts Program Manager to build, solicit, and steward relationships with major-gift donors and prospects, manage a portfolio of 70–100 individuals or households, and meet fundraising goals supporting operations, capital projects, exhibitions, and strategic initiatives. The role uses a moves-management approach, maintains donor records, coordinates cultivation and solicitation activities, and collaborates with museum staff and board members. It requires a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, major-gift or private-sector sales experience, knowledge of donor-pipeline management and fundraising software, and some regional travel and occasional evening or weekend work. The position is a professional contract with a starting salary of $72,000 annually and is not eligible for sponsorship.
