GHD is hiring a Major Projects Director to lead major defence and federal infrastructure programs from strategic pursuit through execution and closeout. The role provides executive leadership across multidisciplinary teams, establishes governance and performance frameworks, manages risk, commercial performance, procurement, project controls, and stakeholder relationships, and oversees schedule, budget, quality, and resourcing. Candidates need a relevant degree, at least 15 years of progressive experience leading major infrastructure or federal programs, experience with large capital projects and collaborative delivery models, and the ability to lead complex, geographically dispersed programs. The position is based in Canada and offers a salary range of $178,125 to $228,125.
